What to include

Account or billing: the email connected to your Radius account. Do not send payment-card details.
Map correction: the incident link, what appears wrong, and a non-sensitive public source when available.
SMS help: the mobile number receiving Radius texts and a brief description of the issue.

SMS help and opt-out

Reply HELP to a Radius text for help or STOP to unsubscribe from SMS. Stopping SMS does not cancel Radius Plus or email alerts. You can also change alert settings from Places & alerts.

Radius is an independently operated public-safety awareness service. Radius is the service name and the SMS sender name shown to users.
