Radius
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Radius, including the incident map and optional paid SMS alert subscriptions.
Informational service only
Radius is an informational awareness tool. It is not an emergency service and must not be used as a substitute for calling 911 or following instructions from public safety officials.
Incident data
Incident information may be delayed, incomplete, approximate, inaccurate, or unavailable. Some sources provide block-level locations while others provide only area-level information. Radius does not guarantee that all incidents will be shown or that any alert will be delivered.
SMS alerts
By subscribing to SMS alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages about serious or urgent nearby public-safety incidents based on your saved location and radius. Routine calls are not sent by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel using the Manage option on Radius or through Lemon Squeezy customer billing links. Cancellation stops future billing and SMS alerts according to the subscription status returned by Lemon Squeezy.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer private endpoints, or use incident information to harass, stalk, discriminate, or interfere with emergency response.
Limitation of liability
Radius is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Radius is not liable for missed alerts, delayed alerts, inaccurate data, service outages, or decisions made based on incident information.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Radius means you accept the updated terms.
